1. General conditions
The following common conditions represent an agreement between Sofia Graffiti Tour (Store) and the client (you) with guidelines offered by www.sofiagraffititour.com.
While overlooking the pages, selecting and traversing through the www.sofiagraffititour.com webpage you agree to follow the guidelines listed below.

2. Security of your personal information
Sofia Graffiti Tour is taking measures to ensure the protection of any personal information it handles in accordance with state law. The user agrees to allow Sofia Graffiti tour’s handling of personal information in order to facilitate the requests and services of the user. Access to the following information is required:
– Full Name
– telephone
– Address for billing and delivery
– Postal code
The information obtained through a purchase order as well as while traversing the web page, will solely be used to provide you with the service requested, subscribe for news, contact you in case of an issue, deal with a purchase order, and improve our practices at the Sofia Graffiti Tour. We can guarantee that some of this data will not be passed on to third parties, or used for purposes not outlined in the above mentioned. Subscribers to our newsletter can cancel at any time by sending us an email to Sofia Graffiti Tour.
3. Sales
All sales of services or goods are subject to payment by the buyer through the methods outlined and made available on our platform. Sale transactions are possible 24 hours per day including Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. In the facilitation of a sale we have the right to view the product, its price, your name, email, telephone number, address, postal code, preferred method of delivery and payment method. The state of an order current or past can be checked by sending an email request to info@sofiagraffititour.com.
Orders of products through our e-store are assumed to be looked at as contractual commitments to be regulated under the consumer protection act.
4. Pricing
All prices for tours are in BGN and include applicable taxes, and destination/ shipping and handling fees. All prices for custom graffiti are in BGN and include applicable taxes.
5. Problems with the fulfilment of orders.
Despite our efforts to fulfill every order, there are a number of circumstances that can prevent us from doing so:
1. We are mindful to hold stock of every article for sale, in the event that we run out of a particulate product or service we will contact as soon as possible to let you know.
2. You have paid by credit card or Paypal but there is a delay in processing the payment.
3. You have entered incorrect shipping details or contact information.
In the event that a product or article does not find its way to you or is damaged in the process, you may expect us to resend or offer you a refund. In the event that the processing error is not the fault of Sofia Graffiti Tour (you are not found at the address provided, the information provided is incorrect), your product will be returned to us or kept at the shipping company for a period of time.
6. Payment
Payment is made voluntarily, by one of the methods outlined in our e-store.
These are the payment methods we offer:
1. Payment with a Credit card/ Debit card or Paypal: Payment is made through the ordering process.
2. Bank Transfer to our listed account.
7. Shipping and delivery
1. Delivery of goods: method of delivery is chosen during the order process including the shipping address, and preferred date for delivery.
8. Cancellation and returns
You are welcome to return items without a reason within a 14-day period under the following conditions:
– The product is in its original packaging
– There is no evidence of use or damage
– Ship the product back to us with the accompanying invoice, order form. (Documentation will usually be sent to you in electronic form)
– Shipping back the product is done at your expense.
You are also able to trade your product’s purchase price for an item of similar value, otherwise a refund in the payment method you originally used, credit card, Paypal will be used to issue you a refund within a 14 day period.
A processing fee of 3BGN will be withheld.

With regard to obligations, contracts and online sales with outstanding issues, you may direct your complaints to the alternative consumer complaint (APC) under the guidance of codex 181 from ZZP. 11. Intellectual property and copyrights
The Sofia Graffiti Tour website contains intellectual property in the form of Texts, visual artwork, logos, trademarks which are licensed or belong to the Sofia Graffiti Tour. The above is protected under the Bulgarian intellectual property laws as well and any additional copyright laws that may apply.
The content on the website can only be used, copied or reproduced with the expressed written consent of the Sofia Graffiti Tour. Using the services provided on the webpage does not give the user writes to any intellectual property that may be accessible to them.

13. Travel Insurance
Clients together with their personal property including baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour.
14. Passports, identification:
It is the responsibility of the Client to be in possession of a valid passport, or legal identification showing identity.
15. Age, Fitness and Participation
All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of the tour. Sofia Graffiti Tour reserves the absolute right to decline a booking at their discretion. Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of Sofia Graffiti Tour’s employees, tour leaders, and affiliates whilst on tour with Sofia Graffiti Tour. If, in the opinion of such a person, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without compensation of any kind.
16. Illness or Disability
Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeit. This will not prevent the Client from participating in the tour but will enable Sofia Graffiti Tour to take additional precautions for the Client’s safety at such times as may be appropriate.
